radiators from space - ghostown [320]

2nd album by this Irish Punk band who famously had Phil Chevron in its midst. He who went on to greatness as a member of that Celtic institution the Pogues. Ghostown is a concept album about the sense of social and cultural isolation felt by many Dubliners throughout the 1970s. A bit lofty for a Punk band but believe me its excellent especially "Song of the Faithful Departed"!

     "Million Dollar Hero" (3:06)
"Let's Talk About the Weather" (4:19)
    "Johnny Jukebox" (2:46)
    "Confidential" (2:51)
"They're Looting in the Town" (4:01)
    "Who are the Strangers?" (3:13)
    "Ballad of Kitty Ricketts" (3:55)
"Song of the Faithful Departed" (4:44)
    "Walking Home Alone Again" (3:05)
"Dead the Beast, Dead the Poison" (3:25)
