Finally some recognition of my standing in the Fellowships I have been elected Secretary of my home group. Can’t wait to get stuck in there and make the changes required to improve the set up. Might even bar a few of the dead wood, there’s a Scottish guy up there who will definitely have to go. Anyway that’s the delusions of grandeur out of the way as unfortunately the Fellowship structure of an inverted Pyramid means the higher you get the less of a say you have. Meaning I can’t even bar people and sadly I think my election could be a move to stop me talking by one of the other Old Hands as the Secretaries role is to apparently open up and shut up...nice one!
