Mission accomplished and another 4 week sick note obtained and delivered to the suits. All went better than expected i am now off with work related Depression/Anxiety instead of work related Stress. Whats the difference i hear you ask so i shall enlighten you. Its quite simple really if all doesn't go to plan [find another job quickly] i can now go directly to long term sick if it comes to the worst. As far as i know you are not allowed to leave a job due to stress and qualify for unemployment money the most likely outcome is that you will be suspended for up to 6 months from receiving benefits. Plus Sick Benefit is a lot higher than JSA. Sorry if this offends anyone but i have paid over 30 years contributions to the British State [A state by the way that i believe has no legitimate right to be in Northern Ireland] [that's what we in recovery call rationalisation] with out a penny in return so I'm going to get some back while I'm still healthy enough to enjoy it!
