As I spent several years cultivating an attitude of Belligerence the journey away from that position has been hard work but quite enlightening. For example last Thursday I received the final outcome of the investigation into the Grievances I raised regarding my work situation. This was all Life and Death stuff to me last year with massive amounts of time and effort involved and now the findings lie unread in a drawer. Don’t know if this change is one of the fruits of Meditation aimed at Compassionate Self Awareness but I’ve moved on regardless and don’t envisage reading about it this side of me shuffling off This Mortal Coil. Guess they can Poke it is what I’m saying....Amen!
