This is very much a blues album produced with help from Rod Stewart and large quantity's of alcohol. Long John Baldry was impressed with the late night recording sessions especially the recording of "Don't Try to Lay No Boogie-Woogie on the King of Rock and Roll."which he says was recorded whilst he was lying on the floor. So you get the general idea.
