This blog is just to let the world know what’s been rocking my boat over the years [comes with a certain Irish bias and interesting world view]. If your struggling at the game of life like the rest of us try and remember there’s always music!

Another One Bites The Dust!
Was watching some really morbid shit on the BBC it appeared to be a list of those of note who had died in 2011 it was accompanied by a dirge provided by the years dead musicians with Amy Winehouse on vocals, Gary Moore on lead guitar and on sax Clarence Clemons [all will be missed]. Ordinary folk naturally are excluded from this prestigious list as for some reason was a good friend of the Irish People who feel victim to "The Man"!

2012 beckons!
Happy New Year to All! I'm on me own and intend to do very little other than an 8 mile walk between 11pm and 1am. That's the plan anyway it gives me a chance to take stock and maybe make a few small plans for next year [like for gods sake find a woman]. Main resolutions will be to pick up my AA commitments and to leave my ridiculous job!
